Rhino themselves have a good collection of user guides, online manuals and video tutorials. Also includes very good Grasshopper introduction
Adobe Creative Cloud:
The Adobe learning resource is extensive and well worth checking out for tutorials / projects about their entire range. Also particularly good for for highlighting new features that are implemented in the newest versions of the software
Vray:
The selection of Chaos Vray video tutorials are good but they don’t tend to be updated to the latest versions. The Introduction to Vray for Architects is worth watching for the fundamental steps but it is VRay 3.6 so there are some steps and features that are not the same as the latest version; Vray Next (4.1)
