Using Studio 3T to connect to MongoDB

Start Studio3T from the Start Menu as shown:

Accept the “End User License Agreement”, and then accept the default password encryption as shown below:

Now start the connection manager using the “Connection” icon in the top left corner:

Now create a new connection using the following details:

Next enter your User name, Password and Authentication Db, replace userid with your own userid:

mongo-user-details

Now test the database connection, and you should see the following screen:

Now open the new connection from the connection manager:

mongo-connections

And finally open expand your database to show your collections:

mongo-expand-database
