Building client trust across cultures

Teresa is a Senior Designer based in London designing user interfaces and visual identities for a variety of brands and digital products. She has worked in Lisbon, Amsterdam, London, San Francisco and Rwanda Africa, where she helped two SME through different design disciplines, in partnership with the East Africa Investments.

Developing countries, by default, lack a reliable structure that promotes trust, if we compare them to the UK. To make real, lasting impact, we must keep the people, we are designing for, at the centre of our work. Embedding trust in the relationship should be part of the design problem.
