{"id":1172,"date":"2019-09-04T15:49:09","date_gmt":"2019-09-04T14:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.gre.ac.uk\/scholarsinspotlight\/?page_id=1172"},"modified":"2024-07-22T11:00:14","modified_gmt":"2024-07-22T10:00:14","slug":"project-4","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.gre.ac.uk\/scholarsinspotlight\/office-of-undergraduate-research-enterprise\/project-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Aural Histories &#8211; St Alfege"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project lead: Dr Andrew Knight-Hill and Kam Rehal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This interdisciplinary collaborative oral history project opens up the archive at St Alfege Church \u2013 a major asset of Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site \u2013 connecting it to the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installed in a shop unit at Greenwich market, the project presents evocative soundscapes, and visual designs which respond to oral histories from the local community.
