Waste impacts us all, and from the individual to large business, everyone produces it.\u00a0\u00a0On average, each person in the UK\u00a0throws away their own body weight in waste every seven weeks<\/strong>! At Greenwich, our waste generation has been reducing over the years, but many challenges remain. Our\u00a0Waste Action Plan<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>is ambitious and lays out adaptable targets and steps over the next five years. Reuse @ Greenwich<\/strong> is our circular economy initiative, with five branching projects aimed to tackle unnecessary waste across differing elements of the university.
