An area for larger items to be disposed is marked yellow on the plan \u2013 items here will be periodically moved out by FM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few days before each of these weeks we will move any work still in these studios to a safe storage area (marked red on the plan). &nbsp;Then any items still in these spaces will be disposed \/ recycled week commencing June 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note this includes items in the wall storage shelves and cupboards \u2013 please move anything out of these if you want to keep them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For items you need to keep for use in the show itself we will mark out an area up on the second floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items in the computer areas can stay \u2013 but these will be cleared post-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Overnight Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will keep building 11 open overnight on times before the big submissions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Night of Monday 11th&nbsp;May<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Night of Wednesday 13th May (for submission on Thursday 14th May)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Night of Tuesday 19th May (for submissions on Wednesday 20th May)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Graduate Show<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>11th \u2013 15 May : Graphics \/ Media \/ Animation: CONTRACTOR SETUP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25th &#8211; 29th May: Graphics \/ Media \/ Animation STUDENT SETUP&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mon 1st \/ Tue 2nd \/ Wed June Graphics \/ Animation \/ Media: ASSESSMENT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 01 \u2013 05 : Architecture \/ Landscape Architecture: CONTRACTOR SETUP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 08 \u2013 16 : Architecture \/ Landscape Architecture: STUDENT SETUP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NO ACCESS TO STUDIOS ON 17TH UNTIL OPENING TIME<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WEDNESDAY June 17th GRAD SHOW OPENING \/ 6PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TUESDAY 30 June SHOW CLOSES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wednesday 1st July: Students start to take down \/ collect exhibits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday 8th July: Any work remaining in 1010 &amp; Crit Pit taken down by tech staff and stored in 1020<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday 13th July:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Contractors commence work in studio floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday 13th July:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Any work remaining in 1003\/1004 taken down by tech staff and stored in 1002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday 3rd August:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Any work still remaining unclaimed in studios to be recycled disposed (excluding portfolios)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday 21st September: Any portfolios still remaining in studios to be recycled \/ disposed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These are arrangements around end of year show preparations (the show itself opens on Wednesday 17th June).
