Christian Küsters received his MFA from Yale University and his BA from the London College of Printing. Christian has lectured at Central St Martins College and Camberwell College of Art and has written for a number of leading design publications. He is the co-author of Restart: New Systems in Graphic Design (published by Thames & Hudson). He conceived, co-curated and designed Design Now – Graphics, an exhibition on contemporary graphic design for the Design Museum, London. Christian is art director of leading architectural publication Architectural Design (AD) as well as contemporary art magazine sluice. His London-based studio CHK Design creates work across all media – from digital to analogue; from corporate, web and app design, to magazine, book and exhibition design. CHK Design’s clients include: SONY Playstation, Alexander McQueen, Vespa, Design Museum London, Thames & Hudson, Whitechapel Gallery, Tiffany & Co, Architectural Association (AA), University of the Arts London (UAL), University Of Westminster, Arup Associates, greentomatocars, Aspex Gallery, UFA TV & Film Production, Filmarmalade, Refugee Week and Architectural Design magazine.
