Staff Induction

New staff are introduced to the University’s sustainability focus through the job descriptions and expectations set our in their work contract. To provide further information and guidance the university’s Excel based induction system refers all staff to our sustainability work via the corporate website that connects to this micro-site. All new staff are expected to attend a New Employee Welcome & Introduction (NEWI) day where all new staff will meet our sustainability staff and be given a review of sustainability work and responsibilities at the University.  To assist staff this slide deck can also be used in your staff induction and training programmes.
