The University of Greenwich and COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) will be hosting a one day conference on Arid Lands and Desert Restoration on the 8th of January 2013. Experts from around the world (USA, South Africa, China, Australia, Argentina, Spain) will speak on their experience and expertise with regard to restoration of degraded lands and sustainable land management.
